Frequently Asked Question - Math Zone

Q: Some of the problems don't load all the way.  I see the text of the question, but the input area simply has a small red "x" in the upper left-hand corner or the palette doesn't load.  What's wrong?

Q: I bought a used book that doesn't have the access kit for online materials.  Can I buy access to Math Zone separately?

Q: Part of the question frame is chopped off to the right.  What's up with that?

Q: I'm confused!  I don't see the list of Assignments you're talking about.  Where are they?
